Due to the strict noise enforcement regulations set forth on JUB by the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC), and despite never having had any complaints, Jacked Up has been forced to to make the difficult decision to suspend live music events at their facility.

“If what the ABC is doing to our business, frustrates you, like it does us, then we would like to invite you to join us in our fight to change the sound/noise conditions imposed by the ABC. There are two ways you can make a significant impact: 

Sign Our Petition: We have a petition set up at the brewery, and we encourage you and your fans to visit and sign in support of our brewery. Your signatures will play a vital role in our advocacy efforts. We have 300+ signatures and counting as of just this weekend.

Write a Letter to the ABC: If you would like to take it a step further, we invite you to write a letter to the ABC expressing your support for live music at Jacked Up Brewery and your concerns about the current noise regulations.
